Role: Industrial Automation Trainer

Job brief: We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.

Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

Professional Responsibilities: Produce high-quality training material that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. By applying tested instructional design theory, practice and methods. Actively manage team, up skill and lead technical content development. Analyse existing source content and smart modification to add value to content.

Job Requirements:

·         Proven experience in technical writing, such as software documentation, along with excellent written skills in English.

·         Should be a good motivator, with lot of energy and enthusiasm with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team.

·         Ability to deliver high quality training material by paying attention to precise detail.

·         Should be able to adapt and develop quick understanding to the technological changes and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

·         Should be able to manage team effectively and increase the productivity.

·         In-depth knowledge of SCADA, PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Delta),Panel designing, Wiring, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Systems.

·         Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements

·         Producing training schedules and classroom agenda

·         Determining course content according to objectives

·         Prepare and present technical content offline and online

·         Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

·         Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually

·         Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed

·         Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.

·         Observe and evaluate results of training programs

·         Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

·         Proven experience as technical trainer

·         Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects

·         Experience in designing technical course content

·         Ability to address training needs with complete courses

·         Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)

·         Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds

·         Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

·         Degree in a relevant technical field

Professional Experience: 1-2 Years of work experience in the field of industrial automation training , having in-depth knowledge on the methods and practices involved.
