Position –Industrial Engineering

Educational Qualification:  

Ø  B.tech inIndustrial Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks.

Ø  Diploma (Preferred)

Ø To calculate the cycle time & motion study of all machines / workstations

Ø Time Study/Motion study/Machine scheduling.

Ø Time Study/Motion study/Machine scheduling.

Ø To ensure daily machine scheduling, monitor and control.

Ø To ensure two days advance production plan and freeze it.

Ø To calculate the OEE & TACT time

Ø To minimize the changeover time by work standardization & time study.

Ø To increase the capacity of the machines by work standardization

Ø To reduce the manpower by the process optimization

Ø To calculate, implement & sustain standard manpower

Ø To calculate the production planning as per the sales orders

Ø To coordinate with supporting function for timely availability of all required resources

Ø To calculate the machine, manpower & shift requirement according to the planned production

Ø To handle the deviation regarding Production, maintenance, material & other support functions.

Ø To be responsible for RCA CAPA in case of any deviation

Ø To coordinate & support to the production team for optimum utilization of resources

Ø To follow ISO and customer-defined standards

Ø To maintain the 5s, Cleanliness and discipline at the company.

Ø Calculation of various industrial tools like motion study, cycle time, tact time, OTIF, OEE etc.

Ø Ensuring availability of all resources, (man, material, machine and methods.)

Ø Reduction of manpower by 15 PERCENT

Ø  Optimum utilization of resources

Salary: ₹30000 to ₹40,000.00 /month

Experience:
