Collaborators: Advocacy team, Content Team

Desired Profile

• Relevant 2 years of experience in influencer marketing & coordination

• Must have worked in an Influencer marketing role at one firm for a minimum of 1 year demonstrating results and progress

• Proven experience in working with top Influencers across YT & IG

• Must have good knowledge of measurement of Influencer marketing programs

• Hands-on experience of working with top brand briefs (MNC & lifestyle Brand briefs)

• Proven experience of delivering superior results from Influencers within timelines

• Proven experience in working with nano to mega influencers in health, nutrition, travel, babycare, education and lifestyle genres

• Should be able to work independently on large Influencer campaigns

• Should have strong competence in reaccing out, onboarding and coordinating with top Influencers

• Should have. an understanding of working with Brand strategist team from a media planning and execution point of view

Key goals & responsibilities

• Onboarding the relevant influencers and briefing them comprehensively for each campaign

• Build the Influencer program strategy and execute it on a campaign and an overall basis

• Deliver the KPIs through the Influencers

• Guide the Influencers on best practices on measurement & reporting

• Complete ownership of Parentune Mombassador Program

• Renewal goals from Brand partners
