About
Role
Information & Cyber Security organization has a new opportunity in Enterprise Access Management (EAM) Identity and Access Management Control Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement (ICASE) team for information security analyst 3 to provide oversight and guidance to ensure execution of the major initiatives across the Enterprise within the Identity and Access Management domain by providing strategic thought leadership to the problems/tasks to create effective outcomes; providing leadership; and working to drive to quick and efficient operational practices to accomplish goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance/operational/executive management review coordination,process improvement & redesign,change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership/diversity /recognition / Q12 or general program oversight.
- Provides leadership to other consultants/analysts in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners,recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies,andadjusting as necessary.
- Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
- Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
- Enable the execution of significant initiatives driven out of the Access Management Programs and ongoing IAM Sustainability.
- Support the Technology organization in knowledge and alignment with Enterprise Access Management key initiatives, including but not limited to Application Onboarding to IAM.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with concurrent work streams in process.
- Responsible for project Management and implementation, ability to manage efforts and initiatives with an aptitude to continuously evaluate business processes to determine gaps, risks and opportunities. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, and have a strong system analysis focus.
- Maintains a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools;
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into operations and activities.

Qualifications
Essential
:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project coordination, implementation, or strategic planning
- 2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
- 2+ years of change management experience
- 3+ years of information security applications and systems experience, Identity and Access Management experience preferred
- Client relationship management experience
- Program management experience
- Risk analysis and quantification experience
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to present to multiple levels of management
- Advanced Microsoft Officeskills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of full life cycle application development
- Knowledge of project life cycle development and implementation
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Advanced Microsoft Visio skills
- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
- Experience with process consistency and implementation

- 1+ year of leadership/management experience
- Skilled in portfolio status & issue report generation, tracking, identification/resolutions and frequent status reporting through delivery
- Regulatory and compliance experience
- Experience with directory management applications(LDAP/AD),operating systems and relational database management systems
- Wells Fargo/ Banking Industry experience
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Certification ITIL /Security+/relevant certifications
