Job Description:

Install, administer and maintain Informatica MDM, hub console, JBoss server nImplement Security Standards and roles
Create and maintain connections (relational, application, etc.) and system username/passwords.
Ensure services are up and running in the Development environments and all others
Provide support for upgrades, patches and service pack implementations in the all environments
Support infrastructure planned maintenance and outages
Opening Informatica SRs (support requests) and work with the infrastructure support team to investigate and resolve issues
Provide user support by investigating issues, enforcing standards, and answering inquiries

Skills:

Experience as Informatica MDM Administration is must
Experience in installation of INFA MDM is a must
Familiar with Administrator tools
Experience in production environments, setting up and also in troubleshooting environments
Must be well knowledgeable in regards to Security concepts including Native and LDAP security
Monitor the JBoss processes, Start/Stop JBoss servers and JBoss administration
Monitoring of space on the servers for MDM
Preferable skillset of Understanding of MDM hub console
Deployment experience and well aware of the best practices around the deployment
Well experienced in Service Maintenance
Familiar with command line interface
Good in communications
Good in trouble shooting nGood understanding in Incident Management, Problem Management and Release management
