Basic knowledge in overall IT Infrastructure
Basic knowledge in IT Security
Good knowledge in endpoint security area (e.g Antivirus, encryption, patch management etc)
Good knowledge in windows operating systems
Good knowledge in Microsoft OS lifecycles and support models
Ability to understand System logs and derive measures
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
Working within interdisciplinary teams
Independent work and high personal responsibility
Planning and implementation of rollouts for patches and feature updates
Creation and negotiation of rollout plans
Creation and processing of tickets
Creation and processing of problems and derivation of changes
Detect, document and report dependencies between applications and patches / feature updates
Coordination of the ticket allocation and follow-up of the processing
Communication with IT Security Manager within the Phoenix Contact Network
Log analysis during troubleshooting
Continuous documentation of the existing environment
Continuous monitoring and reporting of the security level on the endpoint devices
Working on troubleshooting topics and proactively improve stability and usability
The candidates should have good communication skills.
Total Experience : 4-5 years
Relevant Experience : 2-3 years
Salary : 6 LPA (may vary depending on the experience and knowledge)
