Urgent opening for Information technology (IT) recruiters for the Gurgaon location.
Work From Office || IT Recruitment || Gurgaon
Experience: 6 months - 4 years
Annual Salary: 2 LPA to 4 LPA + (Yearly Bonus + High Incentive)

Job description

Working experience with clients required skills.
4-5 closure with the individual
End-to-End Recruitment life cycle.
Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Scheduling Telecoms, face-to-face discussions, Follow-ups, negotiating compensation packages.
Handling In-House and Client requirements.
Finding & sourcing prospective candidates through Job portals, Employee referrals, social networking sites, LinkedIn, and internal databases and then contacting them via telephone, and e-mail.
Excellent communication skills.
