Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
2. Creating users, security groups, computer accounts, and GPO policies in AD
3. Creating email accounts in O365
4. Troubleshoot O365 related issues
5. Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software via phone, in person, or electronically
6. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
7. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
8. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
9. Conduct remote troubleshooting
Requirements:
1. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts
2. Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
3. Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, IPv4, NTP, AD, etc.
4. IT asset management and documentation
