• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- 

• Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network or server or database problems remotely. ,
• Configuring networks or servers or databases to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.,
• Managing the overall administration of systems involving configuration and maintenance of servers or databases or networks.,
• Installation of IT Assets, Routers/Switches/Modems, Peripherals, System Software & Application Software; ,
• Peripheral Sharing, Security & Disaster Management, Service Support,Experience less than 2 years
