Department: IT Governance and Assurance
The IT Governance and Assurance Department will focus on advancing organizational goals through the effective and efficient use of IT, by ensuring IT has the necessary capabilities and controls to enhance the stability of DTCC products. The department is responsible for maturing core IT business management and governance capabilities.
The ITAM Life Cycle Management area within the IT Asset Management department has oversight and governance over all End of Life processes throughout EI and AD. Accuracy of hardware and software information is critical for all IT and AD Service functions. The information managed can reduce both risk and cost to DTCC.
Position Summary:
The purpose of the position is to work with our internal partners (AD, Networks, Server, Storage, End User Services, Database, and Mainframe) to ensure that they can maintain the accuracy of Life Cycle Management/End of Life data within the Asset Management Database and Configuration Management Database.   In addition, performing analysis on End of Life Data and identifying data gaps as required is a primary responsibility of the area.  
Specific Responsibilities:

• Product Owner Liaison and Data Reconciliation
• Executes daily activities for the SAM/SACM process
• Assists with generating reports from SAM Compliance Tool(s)
• Works with Lifecycle Managers, Service Managers and Service Owners to review and resolve inconsistencies and data quality issues with SAM Compliance Tool(s)
• Assists with entitlement data gathering and audits for SAM Compliance Tool(s)

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have experience working with large data sets some scripting skills  
• Individual should have a basic knowledge of Software Asset Management and ITIL framework
• Conceptual thinker with capacity for comprehensive analysis, reporting, and data normalization.  Must be able to work in an Agile and evolving environment
• SAM certification(s) are strongly preferred. 
•  3+ years’ experience with enterprise publishers and vendors; IT or financial industry experience would be beneficial.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office..
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
