Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM skill specialist work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2 to 4 years of experience in public cloud platform - AWS cloud platform.
• Background in Linux/Unix/Windows system administration.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd line support (ticketing systems)
• Strong experience in supporting external customers (customer centric approach)
• Experience in network and security field

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good Communication skill
• Experience with Kubernetes and IAC
• Experience working in international environments with geographically dispersed teams
