Job Description

Role Designation: Associate Consultant 

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Functional and Technical solution on InQuira engagements including integrations,
  • Provide good business advice to,the customer with respect to the solution and its successful adoption,
  • Responsible for successful go lives and customer,delight,
  • Participate in Pre Sales activities 

Technical and Professional Requirements: 
  • Experience Required: 2+ Years,
  • IM Web services,
  • Knowledge of Dictionary and language expertise, configuration, tuning etc. is a plus,
  • Knowledge on Integrations of OKM with CRM systems like Siebel, RightNow is a plus,
  • OKM installation and Administration,
  • L,Bachelor's or equivalent degree,
  • IM Web services,
  • Knowledge of Dictionary and language expertise, configuration, tuning etc. is a plus,
  • Knowledge on Integrations of OKM with CRM systems like Siebel, RightNow is a plus,
  • OKM installation and Administration., Location of Posting is driven by Business Units

Educational Requirements: BTech , MCA , MSc , BCA , BSc , MTech
