● Converting Leads into prospects by Pitching the Pre Leased Real Estate Investment Product and Project
● Liaise with the Site Sales team and push prospects for Video presentations and Site visits
● Managing site visits, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the Site Sales team for any clarification if needed
● Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at the time of meetings and site visits
● Updating Leads in CRM for every activity performed
● Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
● Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
● Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
● Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
● Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
