Inside Sales Specialist will be a highly motivated and self-starter person able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. He/she will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales teams.

Generate Ideas and unique thoughts on how to get new leads
Create Reports and mails to update the management and team on the progress
Achieve the set target of qualified leads to be generated campaign wise for the Sales team
Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information.
Orient the sales manager about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercise and assist in building sales collaterals to orient prospective clients.
Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends
Analyse and use the same for targeting potential prospects.
Persistent follow up with the client to get a meeting
Bare Minimum Expectations
Good command on Spoken and Written English language communication is a must, this is NON NEGOTIABLE
Should have worked on a CRM and some tools needed for selling (Experience on Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho is an added advantage),or open to learn
Experience in Indian, Middle East and Asian market (Day shift)- India focus mainly
Understanding of MS Office and Google sheets
Should have worked on Outbound Email automation tools like SendX, SendGrid, etc.
