An international company has a vacancy for a full time Inside Sales Engineerto work in the Kolkata office.

Job Summary and Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager, the person will be responsible for updating and inputting customer inquiry information into a company database and appropriately filing digital documents. Sending out Inquiries to Suppliers, follow-up with suppliers and entering supplier prices.

This highly motivated individual will have good organizational and interpersonal skills, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Be able to work independently from a remote location and coordinate with the team. The person should have effective time management skills, analytical and problem solving skills.

Specific Responsibilities

• Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry.
• Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate section of the databases.
• Proactively verifying data through source documents.
• Monitoring and updating existing data when required.
• Sales support by corresponding and speaking with customers/suppliers.
• Follow-up with suppliers by phone and email.
• Processing and maintaining documentation and records control for inquiries and quotations.

Qualifications/Experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and work to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel),PDF and Web Browser.
• A minimum of three (3) years of data entry experience.
• Engineering/Science graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English.

Other Requirements

• Work Timings – American Eastern Standard Time (8:30AM to 5:30PM). Indian – 6:30PM to 3:30AM.
• Able to travel to the Kolkata Office for work (it is not work from home job).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month (depending on the experience)
