The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales and consulting in manufacturing setting. Sound knowledge of technical sales and drafting quotations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Define and suggest equipment selection new as well as replacement.
Effectively manage time, attain personal goals and perform with other members of company.
Provide quick, precise responses to all sales inquiries associated with special applications, systems and pricing.
Interact with sales team related to technical solutions.
Coordinate efforts of Application Engineering and Product Sales Manager to present pre-sales assistance for all factories.
Update on new products by involving in sales and technical meetings.
Modify products as necessary not covered inside published pricing.
Process and implement orders for all standard products.
Manage after sales process required for customer, shipping and warranty issues.
Promote and market products by participating in sales meetings as well as conventions.
Develop proposal and submit packages for client RFIs/RFPs.
Evaluate competitor’s products plus leverage pricing.
Analyze lost opportunities and identify action course for future success.
Preferred Education and Experience
Ø BE/ B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/MBA Marketing
Ø Being results and deadline-driven.
Ø Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail-oriented.

Excellent communication Skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil
