This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing all assigned tasks while maintaining open communication with the Houston office and the company executives/managers.
We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Support Professional to join our team and assist other members of the sales team by handling remote interactions with customers, maintaining customer satisfaction and responding to inquiries, helping with issues, and providing updates on requests while looking for new sales opportunities.
Position is open for immediate hire.
Location- Bangalore, Kolkata and Pune
Responsibilities:
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and social media messages.
· Understand customer needs and requirements. Beyond updating customers about ongoing requests, it’s the job of inside sales support professionals to ensure that these requests are implemented on time.
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
· Perform effective online demos to prospects
· Monitoring customer accounts
· Providing data and reports to help the sales team
· Keeping track of sales targets
· Since they shall interact with customers and leads regularly, inside sales support professionals must update information in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) database. This includes account details, sales history data, and profiles of inbound leads.
· Inside sales support professionals have a hands-on understanding of the company’s target market. Because of their role as the bridge between the customers and the company, they shall pinpoint risks and opportunities, which they consolidate into summaries and forecast reports for management.
Requirements:
· Proven inside sales experience for at least three years
· Experience in making sales calls for CAE (CAD, CFD, FEA or EMAG) Engineering Services is highly desired
· Must be proficient in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
· Must be proficient and experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Excellent time and priority management
· Self-motivated and self-learner
· Ability to work in a collaborative environment
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to cultivate long term relationships with customers
· Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education-
At least a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field/ MBA in marketing shall be preferred
