Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers through Calls. (Voice Process)
· Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
· Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion.
· Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
· Understand the customer's queries and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer.
· Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.
· Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.
· Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
· Flexibility to work rotational shifts during the day and punctuality to work is a must.
Skills required:
· Customer Relationship Management
· Basic Excel skills
· Communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. Additional languages are an added advantage.
Education Qualification:
· Any degree is acceptable
