Job Description

Experience and Required Skill Sets: 

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers within the designated territory or target market.
  • Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and their benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that prospects meet the necessary requirements.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer information in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on warm leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments or meetings for further sales discussions.
  • Utilize effective objection-handling techniques to overcome potential customer objections and secure appointments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects and provide regular reports on progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

o   Bachelor's Degree in any field and /or Higher.

o   Previous experience in cold calling or inside sales is preferred, but not mandatory.

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o   Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

o   Persistent, results-oriented, and motivated to meet and exceed targets.

o   Comfortable working in CST hours.
