Job Description:
Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and handhold them in Educating them about our product offerings and closing the sale of products.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Developing knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Frequently attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target
Requirements:Should be able to grasp information, processes and apply concepts in different real-world scenarios.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Successful Completion of Graduate Degree is mandatory.
Fluency in Hindi and English, knowledge of regional languages will be preferred (Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Telegu, Tamil).
Office Timings:
6 days working, (Monday to Saturday)
The second Saturday of the month is off.
Expected 9 hours of work from the office between (9:00am to 7:00pm)
