Position - Inside Sales executive
Experience - 1 - 3 years exp
Salary - 25k - 35k (fixed)
Location - Bangalore
Qualification - Any Graduate
Reports To: The Director / Sales Manager
Skills
· Proficiency in English is mandatory; Should also have a working knowledge of Hindi / Kannada
· Should possess excellent communication skills, presentation skills and persuasion skills
· Should be social media savvy
· Aptitude to plan and organise
· High energy, flexible, pro-active and street smart
· Customer-centric attitude
· Good analytical skills and aptitude for self-learning
· Rapidly acquire knowledge of processes and service offerings
Job Responsibilities
· Identify and meet prospects at their offices in the assigned territory. Explain about the company's special product and services
· Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential and existing clients
· Close new business consistently at or above target level in the assigned territory
· Send out daily plan and report on the client meetings
· Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

· Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
· Setting up meetings between potential customers with Business Development executive.
