Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Handle different kind of job portals, social media & linked in
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy
• Serving as a liaison with area colleges and industry associations
• Completing timely reports on employment activity

• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
