· Place orders on all exchanges as requested by clients over the phone.
· Respond to customer requests by phone and/or email.
· Provide technical support to clients in relation to the trading software.
· Maintain the company’s quality standard while responding to client queries.
· Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
· Maintain discipline in adhering to work timings set by the organization.
· Continue to stay updated on markets and related news. Be informed.
· Give the clients facts about what has happened in the markets, do not give tips on what can happen.
· Assist in the implementation of company growth plans as needed.
· Assist in maintaining client relationships and sourcing referrals.
· Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
