The Inside Sales Executive would be part of the B2C function. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations & reporting. He/she is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Contact the consumers from the given database and promote the product.
• Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch LearnCab product/service accordingly
• Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirement:

• You bring in 0 to 3 years of consumer sales experience, selling educational products.
• Strong knowledge about E-Leaning industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of company products, competitors and its position in the industry.
• Demonstrate ability to learn & adapt
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business development or related field.
