  • Make outbound calls to potential clients both within India and international; provide solution and close sales
  • Support inbound customer calls; explain them about product feature &, conduct demo
  • Engage customer by providing them options of customized service offering to meet their business need
  • Maintain, build and update CRM
  • Coordinate with development, support, and marketing team
  • Research on different tools & strategies to increase sales and business opportunities
  • Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product and offers
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers
