We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our solar light company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to promote and sell our solar lighting products. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with clients to promote and sell our solar lighting products.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries, generate leads, and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and generate leads. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the solar energy industry.
• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and other events.
