Tradepass is seeking for passionate Inside Sales Executive to join the team who will be responsible for
selling attendee tickets to international conferences and events. This is mostly done on the phone, and it
involves selling to high level executives in a particular industry. Attend events to bolster their
company's profile and visibility, therefore it is a Inside Sales Executive's role to engage with clients and
make them aware of the benefits of attending a specific conference or event.
Position: INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE | Bengaluru, India
• Working with the conference production team to develop an understanding of the event
programme
• Researching attendees and generating attendee leads
• Cold calling and selling to a list of prospective event attendees
• Securing new delegate registrations and rebooking them form past events
• Engaging with clients on the phone and developing lasting relationships
• Daily management and maintenance of sales records, updating CRM and ensuring they are kept
up to date with attendees and details
• Working with the marketing department to convert inbound sales enquiries into registrations
• Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets
• Making a high number of calls to meet daily KPIs, to be set by management
• Supporting delegates through the registration process
• Willingness to travel outside the country
