Job Description
communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Establish connections with potential customers and maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide information about various visa/migration processes via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
Provide consultation to potential and interested clients.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Regular follow-up with potential leads and clients
Being proactive and having a good attitude towards colleagues and the company
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in inside sales in any product or service line.
- Strong Customers relationship and convincing skill
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
- decent knowledge of MS Office;
- Team skills and strong relationship-building skills;
