• Any Graduate
• 6 months to 2 years of Experience in Any Sales ( Expect Retail).    
• Stability: Min 6 Months . in the last organization.
• Age: Min 24 to Max. 35 years.

Responsibilities:

·         Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products

·         Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

·         Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

·         Servicing the needs of your existing customers

·         Setting sales targets for individual reps and you're the team as a whole

·         Allocating areas to sales representatives

·         Developing sales strategies and setting targets

·         Compiling and analyzing sales figures

·         Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

·         Collecting customer feedback and market research

·         Reporting to senior managers

·         Keeping up to date with products and competitors

·         100% Lead Provide by Company

·         Setting on Branch and Sale Insurance Policies.

·         Handel 3 or 4 Branches.

·         Sale Policy to waking Customers.

·         Filed Work- Branch visit, Company Meeting.
