Inside sales executive for Chennai

Brainvalley is looking for creative people who can solve complex data visualization problems by designing user-centric interfaces for web and mobile. It would be a great opportunity for those who want to pursue a career in interaction design as you would be part of continually developing product/s in a design obsessed company.   An inside sales executive is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the on-ground outside sales team.  

The primary roles and responsibilities of an Inside Sales Executive includes:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions
  • Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications
  • Route qualified leads to outside sales team by initiating appointments
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts
  • Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest

Job Skills and requirements:

·        Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. Inside sales reps will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers (Direct Clients) and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

·        Communication Skills: Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have, and pro in email drafting.

·        Flexibility: Inside sales reps might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.

·        Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.

 

 

Competencies and Skills Required:

·        Must possess good communication skills

·        Must have good planning and organizational skills

·        Strong understanding of sales cycle

·        Strong secondary/internet research skills

·        Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
