Job Description

Role and Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Inside sales Executive to support our growing team.

Candidate should have strong attitude, patience, diligence & perseverance
Skills - Ability to have pleasant conversations with customers in English Computer skills, good written English & ability to convince customers
Role - Guide customers of flintobox in purchases, provide product information to customer & help with product sales, process orders, help track status & provide updates to customers, assist with order processing

Education & Qualification:

1-9 years experienced graduate with strong verbal & written skills
Telesales or direct sales experience
Experience with International Call Centres / Sales or Support voice process
Ability to have a conversation with a customer in English or regional language
Ability to convince customer, handle objections.
Salary: upto 5Lpa(based on your performance)
Shift: Day(9.30 - 6.30) sundays fixed off / Alternative saturdays off
Location: Sholinganallur,Chennai
