Job Summary
The role requires a detail-oriented, thorough and organized sales profession to work with the sales team and work on acquiring & retain customers through calling methods, and in the process provide excellently customer service while driving revenue growth for the business.
Job Description
· Lead Generation & Management: Develop & execute various campaigns to generate potential leads
· Calling: Prospect educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
· Monitor, classify and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
· Research accounts, identify customers and generate interest
· Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
· Work closely with the sales team for customer acquisition.
Required Experience and Qualifications
· Knowledge and experience in new customer acquisition through calling
· Tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player
· Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening and group facilitation
· Attention to detail and analytical skills
· Experience in e-commerce Industry will be a plus
