  • Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • We are looking for Inside Sales Specialist to be based out of our Hyderabad office and below is the JD for your reference.
  • Annual Salary compensation for this position INR 2.5 Lakhs to 3.0 Lakhs
  • 3 Steps Interview process – Initial Telephonic Interview, followed by face to face at our office and final interview will be with our GM sales at office.
  • Office timings will be 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM – Sunday to Thursday (week off will be on Fridays and 2nd & 4th Saturday)
  • Holidays will be according to UAE holiday list.
  • During the month of Ramzan the office timings will be 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM

Description:

  • The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business utilizing outbound cold calling and following-up on marketing leads. 
  • The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to win. In addition, the candidate must be hard working, driven, competitive and highly creative.
Minimum Experience:
  • 1 to 2 more years previous inside sales experience, preferably calling into IT departments
  • Qualifications:The target audience is managers, directors, and VPs of IT in mid-market to small enterprise companies. 
  • Candidates should be proficient in calling to IT staff and engaging in a solution-selling dialogue. 
  • The inside sales Specialist will provide qualified prospects to the Sigma Technologies regional sales staff to work through the sales cycle.
  • A proven ability in cold calling IT staff and senior technology executives and prospecting new accounts and through previous experience understand how to qualify a lead
  • Possess a “hunter mentality” and a desire to over-achieve
  • Looking for long carrier growth

  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency with XL, as well as other contact and database tools
  • Extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Preparing quotes and follow-up with customers

  • Education:College degree / B-Tech
