Job Description

  • To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
  • To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis
  • Convert leads to Customer site visits
  • To explain our projects in details to the customers
  • To answer customer queries promptly
  • Able to co-ordinate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.
  • Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.
  • Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.
  • Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc.
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
