Wavity Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sales and is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels such as social media, databases, and networking.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential clients to introduce Wavity’s products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Pitching: Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients through virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position Wavity's offerings in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development team to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and through virtual communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
