About the Job:
This job role requires cold-calling on the assigned leads & counseling the candidates in the United States, who are looking for a job or job change, to enroll for our IT/Non-IT certification courses that will help them to excel in their career.
Job Responsibilities: Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects.
Following up on regular intervals with prospective candidates and on sales inquiries, made by the potential candidates through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Achieving sales targets monthly.
Maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Develop and maintain relationships with the prospects/client with a go-getter attitude.
Undertake any Sales/BD related activities as specified by the seniors.
Job Requirements: Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Able to meet aggressive deadlines/willing to work for targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any domain (Engineers can also apply)
Ability to work between 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Experience: 0 – 6 months experience in Inside Sales (freshers are welcome)
