Responsibilities:

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email , and i person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Address customer needs and requirements.
Transfer qualified leads to experienced sales professionals.
Identify key prospects for sales and develop interests.
Record and expand your lead database for cold calling and emails.
Conduct remote demos of our products.
Follow up diligently on any leads showing interest.
