Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of leads assigned and enquiries received on a daily basis
Monitor, follow-up and guide the leads / enquiries and convert them into admissions
Communicate with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues
Should be a pro-active, self-starter in order to meet or exceed revenue expectations
Update CRM system with all customer communications
Skill-set Requirement:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Should have convincing ability to convert potentials into revenue
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (0-6 months experience)
Work location- Lower Parel
Timings- 11 AM to 8 PM (6 days working)
