Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
· Focusing on lead conversion through calling/telesales
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the service
· Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way for analysis and drawing next actions plans
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Key Skills:
· Graduate in any stream
· Proven inside sales experience
· Strong phone presence and experience dialling calls per day
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
· Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience
· Excellent Communication Skills in English (Written & Spoken)
· Excellent know-how in MS-Office
