Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Strong skills in B2B OR B2C
  • Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus
  • Help on-board new customers and provide customer service to assigned customer accounts
  • Generate sales among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Respond professionally in situations with complex customer issues or inquiries. Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 months quota carrying sales experience is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
