Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:-To drive business for software products like Microsoft, Autodesk, Adobe, Security, Hardware, Networking, Cloud etc
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding
customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering
potential customers' questions and sending additional information per
email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services. Researching and qualifying new leads. Closing sales and achieving sales target
Required Candidate Profile:-
Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills
(verbal and written) English (written and verbal),Hindi,& Local
Languages
Driven by Targets:- Understand basic
financial rules including taxation, Cost of sale, budget, and leasing.
Deliver regular inputs to the Management team to pull together and lead
sales campaigns (via planning / SBU strategies) to increase sales.
Ability to articulate in written format responses to clients'
requirements
