1.Building new sales prospects through calling. 2.Deliver prepared sales talks, reading or memorized from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service, and answering questions from potential clients. 3. Pitching existing & new company products to prospective clients through calling, while maintaining company quality standards & procedures. 4. Convincing existing customers to renew/revive existing contracts. 5. Payment follow up with clients for contract closure. 6. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs. 7. Set appointments with prospective clients based on availability of company representatives. 8. Working closely with Finance team for updating sales records after payment closure. 9. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
