Job Description for Inside Sales:
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Experience in dealing with large/small corporates.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and achievetargets, whilst offering a very high level of Customer Service.
  • Should be excellent in telephone skills.
  • Should have good self-confidence.
  • Good in identifying the decision makers and show them the value of summits and learning events and solicit corporate nominations from them.
  • Knowledge to penetrate IT & Non-IT companies, primarily in Bangalore, over email & phone and evangelize the conference with the decision makers.
  • Have worked closely with the top leadership team and take ownership of important functions like event sales and/or sponsorship sales.
  • Experience in institutional sales will be added advantage.
  • This is a full-time opportunity.
  • Job location is Kolkata & Bangalore. Multiple openings are there.
  • Work timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, Mon-Fri.
  • Salary and incentives will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
