As the first line of communication with prospects, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at research, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Responsibilities:

• Research potential leads, identify key prospects, and generate interest via the right tools and systems.

• Articulate YOptima's value proposition to prospects and assess areas of interest. Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate marketing solutions or services.

• Set up follow-up meetings or calls between prospects and YOptima's sales specialists and sales closers.

• Prepare required sales collateral, case studies and PR and social media content.

• Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.

• Actively pursue and qualify valued business opportunities

• Report to the Head of Sales / CEO with weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and results.

• Maintain/update trackers on various parameters and report as required.
