Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take & manage inbound calls and chats process to understand customers' requirements
2. Follow up with potential leads and maximize conversions
3. Set up and handle customer queries at the experience store located in Bangalore
4. Engage in brand awareness and lead generation projects
5. Coordinate with the support and operations team in case of any order-related issues
6. Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolve any customer escalations
