This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance target-driven sales environment that emphasizes selling unique programs designed for children in ages 6-14 years.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact parents over the phone and convincing them to enroll their children in WizKlub programs
2. Talk to 60-70 customers every day over the phone - pitching WizKlub programs and regular sales follow-ups to drive admissions/sales
3. Take up revenue responsibility to drive 5-7 lakh revenue (sales) per month(prefer candidates who have worked on revenue targets in the earlier organizations)
4. Build rapport with customers (parents) by understanding customer profiles & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods and explain the benefits of WizKlub programs
Desired profile of the candidate:
1. Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer(students and parents) behavior
2. Prior experience in ed-tech or education is preferred but not a mandate
3. Are keen to learn and upgrade product knowledge from time to time for better sales
4. Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
5. Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
6. Have good communication skills in English
7. Should be working 6 days a week, Mondays or Tuesdays being week-off
