Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-sales consultations with potential clients to understand their business requirements and goals.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of WhatsApp Business API solutions & A2P SMS offered by Caprus Digital.
Customize and deliver engaging WhatsApp Business API demos tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations based on client feedback and requirements.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation processes.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration of WhatsApp Business API solutions.
Become the Level – 1 ( L1 ) support interface escalation for Caprus Digital Clients to take it up for Further resolution with Service Provider
sStay updated with industry trends and best practices related to CPaaS solutions, specifically focusing on WhatsApp Business API.
Qualifications:
Preferably B Tech Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing with Techno Commercials Skill sets
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the CPaaS or digital communication industry.
Strong knowledge of Messaging / WhatsApp Business API and its functionalities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in conducting product demos and handling client interactions.
