Job Description:

The inside sales executive will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Prospecting new leads through inbound calls and emails

- Qualify leads by understanding clients’ needs and interests

- Organize and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure

- Work closely with the production team to ensure clients’ satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns

- Attend industry-related events and tradeshows to represent the company

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that the sales pipeline is running smoothly
