Purpletutor jobs - Inside Sales Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
-You would be in charge of converting Hot/Warm leads to sell our educational courses to customers/parents.
- Hot/warm leads are generated after a trial class is conducted with our highly trained teachers.
- There is NO cold-calling
- Our conversion rate currently is upwards of 20%.
- High performers with excellent communication skills are required

Key Requirements:
- Very Fluent in English
- A flair & eagerness for sales
- Minimum 12th pass or bachelors degree
- Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience with exceptional communication skills.
- Passion for the education industry

Working Days
1 day weekly off
Working on Saturday & Sunday (since lead volume is highest)
Working hours on Weekdays (1 pm - 9 pm)
