Job Description

Inside Sales Manager

Experience : 2-5 years 

You should have : 

  • 2-5 years of experience working in Inside Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication for effective cold calling, negotiating and in-person meetings.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and thrive when presented with a challenge
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to manage pressure and deadlines

Your job responsibilities : 

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, products, and competition
  • Identify decision makers and make customer profiles
  • Cold call potential customers and build customer pipeline
  • Identify new avenues for business growth, generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and send out information
  • Establish customer requirements and pain points, and match our product benefits with user needs
  • Arrange meetings with clients and conduct product demonstrations
  • Communicate with customers about solution outcome
  • Manage client’s payment cycles
  • Maintain successful relationships with existing customers
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by team manager

You should also : 

  • Be fluent in English/Hindi/Marathi
  • Generate daily leads from enterprise customers, through database calling and other references
  • Ability to understand technology products ie: Cloud, AI, software solutions, Telecom solutions
  • Close deals over phone calls
